Our “Go Green” Plan of Action

     Here at Enchanted Florist we are dedicated to the ideals of Eco-Friendly business.  The following is a list of practices we employ to ensure that our environmental footprint is as small as possible.  We will always be re-evaluating and adding to this action plan.  If you have any suggestions please let us know.

3 water conservation measures:

1)  Keep water in buckets longer (this will not only conserve water           but it is better for the flowers)

2)  Use bucket water to water outside plants

3)  Use old vase water to water outside plants

Reduce paper usage in 5 different ways:

1)      print on both sides of paper when able

2) Do not use fax cover pages when applicable

3) Use rags to clean instead of paper towels

4) Do not reprint orders unless necessary

5) Call other flower shops instead of sending ask messages

Reduction of waste: (non paper waste)

1)  Batteries taken to the proper disposal facility

2) Do not use plastic silverware, paper plates, or plastic cups

3) Clean and Reuse vases from our weekly accounts
